Nordic Plunge

Cold Plunge Tub for One — Chiller-Ready, Built in Thermowood

Deep Cold Plunge Tub, Designed for Everyday Use

Nordic Plunge is a deep, upright cold plunge tub for one person.

The smooth fiberglass shell sits inside a Nordic thermowood casing, so it looks at home next to your sauna, on the terrace or indoors. It needs only 109 × 77 cm of floor.

Ice Bath After the Sauna, Every Day

Step up the matching thermowood step, sit down on the built-in seat, and the water reaches your shoulders. The inner depth is 107 cm and the tub holds 330 litres.

Made for daily cold therapy at home, at the sauna or at a spa. The thermowood casing comes in grey, black or walnut brown, and the shell in white or grey.

Cold Plunge with a Chiller: Poolex O'Spa

The right partner for Nordic Plunge is the Poolex O’Spa 3 kW. It’s made for ice baths under 500 litres, and Nordic Plunge holds 330. In chiller mode it cools the water down to 3°C and keeps it there, so you never buy or carry ice again.

The same unit also heats. Switch between cooling and heating with one tap in the Poolex app, and Nordic Plunge becomes an ice bath one day and a warm soak the next.

The O’Spa 3 kW works together with FilterMax, which pumps the water through the chiller and keeps it clean. In winter you often don’t need the chiller at all: the outside air keeps the water cold, and FilterMax keeps it moving.

Want to keep the water warm right through a freezing winter? Then the Poolex Ice Spa is the stronger choice. It’s built for year-round use in cold climates.

Q&A

How cold can the water get?

With a Poolex O’Spa chiller, down to 3°C, held automatically. Without a chiller, the water is as cold as the weather. In winter that’s ice-bath cold on its own.

Which chiller do I need for Nordic Plunge?

The Poolex O’Spa 3 kW, together with the FilterMax filter, which circulates the water through the chiller. The O’Spa 3 kW is made for ice baths under 500 litres. [See the O’Spa page]

Can I use it as a hot tub too?

Yes. The O’Spa both cools and heats, and you switch with one tap in the Poolex app.

Will Nordic Plunge fit where I want it?

Most likely. It needs 109 × 77 cm of floor plus room for the step, and 116 cm of height. When full, the tub is heavy, so put it on a level, solid base. We’re happy to talk through your spot before you order.

How do I keep the water clean?

Add FilterMax. It keeps the water circulating and clean, also in winter. Water treatment tablets are available as an extra.

Is the lid included?

No. An insulated lid is an option for 229 €. We recommend it if you keep the water at a set temperature with the chiller.

How do I empty it?

Through the floor drain.

How long does delivery take?

4 weeks from order. Delivery anywhere in Estonia costs 130 € + VAT (161.20 €).
